Certificate of Analysis

Under the Pharmacopeias’ requirements, a Certificate of Analysis is required for each bulk gas delivery. After filing, the road tanker needs to be tested. And to comply with these requirements, we have invested a large amount in a set of testing and analytical system. This system also has the capability to store relevant data with traceability for a certain period of time as required by our customers. 

Gas Analysis at Point of Use for Pre-Qualification Test

We provide gas analysis at point of use for pre-qualification test. For every new point that is inserted in the manufacturing process at the plant, a pre-qualification test has to be done at the point before it can become fully operational. This test is done for a period of time to ensure that the gas flowing through meets the specified specifications of the process.

Annual Gas Analysis

We also have the capability to provide annual gas analysis for our customers. This annual audit is carried out to make sure that the gases at points of use meet the specified specifications of the processes.
